In SalesManager, formerly known as NorthBoundary, Customers are the customers/accounts or work/site locations associated with accounts you send proposals to and service.

This article will cover creating Customers in SalesManager.

Parent Customers and Site/Work Locations

SalesManager has a two-tier system for their customers.

  • Parent Customers include any current or prospective customers who are parents of subsidiary site locations. If the Parent Customer is also the Site Location, this will have a one-to-one relationship.
  • Site Locations are where you plan to perform work for your customers. They exist under Parent Customers.
