System Settings - Lead Management

Important Note: NorthBoundary is now SalesManager. SalesManager retains all of the customer relationship management and proposal automation benefits of its predecessor, allowing you to create proposals, manage your sales funnel, win and retain top customers. This article will walk you through setting up your Lead Management in SalesManager, formerly known as NorthBoundary. This includes creating and managing Lead Source, Lead Category, Lead Rating, and Lead Disqual Archive Reason.

To access your Lead Management settings:

    1. Click the wheel icon on the top right of the page.
      • This will open a System Settings page allowing you to access all sub-menus.
    2. Click the Lead Mgmt button on the Nav Bar.
