Editing The Maintenance Proposal General Tasking Lists

The Proposal Section of a Maintenance Proposal contains a Tasking Summary that pre-populates Task Lists for the Assets that were added in your Asset Inventory. You can create and edit these lists.

This article will walk you through editing your general tasking lists.

  1. Click on the System Settings Gear Icon to navigate to the Settings page
  2. Under the Maintenance Mgmt Menu, click on Setup Equipment Template
  3. Find the Asset Template that needs to be adjusted, and click on Edit under Proposal General Tasking List.
  4. Highlight the text and clear formatting, then re-format as needed.
  5. Click on Save.
