In SalesManager, formerly known as NorthBoundary, you can push your ServiceTrade Customers to SalesManager easily.
This article will walk you through that process. It also explains how these entities map one another in each system.

Pushing All ServiceTrade Customers to SalesManager
Note: This will only push over active ServiceTrade Customers. Inactive customers will note be pushed.
- In SalesManager, on the Navigation Bar, click Customer Mgmt.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the top right of the menu and select Import ServiceTrade Customers. This will open the ServiceTrade Customer Import Menu.
- Select the ServiceTrade Office you want to import Customers from on the Office Assignment drop-down.
- Select the SalesManager Organization you want to assign to the imported customer on the Organization drop-down.
- Click to check Import All Customers. This will look for all ServiceTrade Customers with the selected Office Assignment in Step 3.
- Click the Import button.
- A Confirmation Menu will appear that will ask if you want to continue. Click OK.
- Once complete, an Import Summary will be available, letting you know what companies, locations, and contacts were imported or skipped.
Pushing Select ServiceTrade Customers to SalesManager
- In SalesManager, on the Navigation Bar, click Customer Mgmt.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the top right of the menu and select Import ServiceTrade Customers. This will open the ServiceTrade Customer Import Menu.
- Select the ServiceTrade Office you want to import Customers from on the Office Assignment drop-down.
- Select the SalesManager Organization you want to assign to the imported customer on the Organization drop-down.
- Enter the customer's name in the empty field.
- Click the Search button. This will return all customers that match that name with the selected Office Assignment.
- Click to check which customers you would like to import.
- Click the Import button.
- Once complete, an Import Summary will be available, letting you know what companies, locations, and contacts were imported or skipped.
Customer and Contact Mapping
Important Note: This will only import the ServiceTrade Company and Location Primary Contact. All additional contacts will need to be entered manually or exported from ServiceTrade and Imported into SalesManager.
