Creating and using Project Agreement Types

This article will walk you through creating and using Project Agreement Types. 

Project Agreement Types can be used to create presets of pages in SalesManager, saving time when printing a proposal. This walkthrough describes how to create new Project Agreement Types and how to utilize them on a Project.

 

Creating new Project Agreement Types

  1. Click the Settings button.
  2. Within the Project Mgmt section, click on Agreement Services Provided.
  3. Enter a name in the Agreement Type field.
  4. Optionally, select a default opportunity type.
  5. Click each Services Provided checkbox that applies.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: To edit an existing Agreement Type, click on the name of the existing Agreement Type and make modifications. (see steps 2 through 5)

Using Project Agreement Types in SalesManager

  1. Within the Proposal tab in a Maintenance Management job, click on Agreement.
  2. Select the Project Agreement Type from the dropdown.
  3. Click Print Proposal to view the selected pages.
