In NorthBoundary you can email an E-Sign Document to your customer to easily get a digital signature and get your proposal sold faster!
Sending an E-Sign Maintenance Proposal
- On the Navigation Bar, click Maintenance Mgmt.
- Search and select the relevant Proposal.
- Click the Proposal Tab.
- Make sure your Proposal is set up and has been Saved.
- Click the Print Proposal button. This will open the Print Proposal Menu.
- The Select Program drop-down will pre-populate with the program type selected on the Agreement section on the Proposal menu. You can also manually select which coverage or proposal type you want to save.
- Note: You can click to select or deselect any additional sections, but a Program must be selected to save.
- Click the eSign button.

Viewing a Signed E-Sign Proposal
- On the Navigation Bar, click the E-Sign button.
- On the eSign Management page, search for the eSign document.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the relevant document.
- Click the Signed Document button. This will open the signed .pdf file that you can download or print.
Viewing your E-Sign Proposal History
- On the Navigation Bar, click the E-Sign button.
- On the eSign Management page, search for the eSign document.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the relevant document.
- Click the More Info button.
- This will open a detailed Document History, including when the document was sent, viewed, and signed.
